Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee and grow our industrial customer base. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of industry experience, preferably from a distributor background, with a proven track record in account management, business development, and customer relationship building.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of industrial accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities within target industries and drive sales growth.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers, aligning solutions with their operational needs.
  • Develop account strategies, including pricing, product positioning, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, technical, logistics) to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account reviews for management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales within industrial markets.
  • Background in distribution industry strongly preferred.
  • Experience in the lubricants, industrial water treatment, or institutional cleaning products
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
