Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will develop all aspects of PPG's relationship with assigned main customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountability for growth performance: revenue and profitability.

  • Sales process for local accounts or key account site.

  • Support execution of account strategy for global accounts or define strategy for regional accounts following strategic marketing​.

  • Lead regional pricing (and contract) negotiations​.

  • Manage Pipeline and increase net share gain at customer​.

  • Demand Forecasting​ llow-up on developments at local sites.

  • Feedback and management of opportunities/threats/needs.

  • Establish contacts across customer organizations and collect customer feedback​.

  • Contribute to account team discussions and account planning. ​ 11. Coordinate with local Optima Service team to ensure customer satisfaction​.
