Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will develop all aspects of PPG's relationship with assigned main customers.
Key Responsibilities
Accountability for growth performance: revenue and profitability.
Sales process for local accounts or key account site.
Support execution of account strategy for global accounts or define strategy for regional accounts following strategic marketing.
Lead regional pricing (and contract) negotiations.
Manage Pipeline and increase net share gain at customer.
Demand Forecasting llow-up on developments at local sites.
Feedback and management of opportunities/threats/needs.
Establish contacts across customer organizations and collect customer feedback.
Contribute to account team discussions and account planning. 11. Coordinate with local Optima Service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
