Exciting 12-month contract opportunity (maternity cover) to lead the Executive Assistant team supporting over circa 50 directors of business.

The role:

Launch TS runs a Managed Service with our top tier consulting client. This role is based on site with our client 3 days a week, WFH 2 days. The Account Manager is responsible for the end-to-end relationship management of the MSP (Managed Service Provider solution) with the customer. You are the main point of contact for the customer and are responsible for ensuring the customer receives a world-class experience across the solution.

This particular program works within the corporate services division of our customer caring for the Executive Assistant Function, servicing over 50 directors of business. You will lead the team of Executive Assistants on a daily basis.

You will be responsible for the running of the program and any transition of workforce that may be required. You will be responsible for the care of the EA workforce, their L&D program, their care program and their rostering needs.
