Role Summary
We are looking for a sales-driven Account Manager with 6+ years of experience in the Banking/BFSI domain , responsible for revenue growth, account expansion, and client acquisition , while managing strategic banking relationships.
Key Responsibilities (Sales Focused)
Own revenue targets for assigned banking accounts.
Drive account mining through upsell and cross-sell of services.
Identify and convert new opportunities within existing and new banking clients.
Build strong relationships with CXO, Business Heads, and IT leaders .
Lead presales activities – opportunity qualification, solution positioning, RFP/RFI responses.
Collaborate with delivery and architecture teams to close deals and ensure successful onboarding.
Drive deal negotiations, commercials, and closures .
Track pipeline, forecasts, and closures using CRM tools .
