Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned IT service and consulting clients.
• Build and maintain strong C-level and stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with client IT and business goals.
• Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle including onboarding, project delivery oversight, renewals, and escalations.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, technical consultants to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and managed services.
• Understand client’s technology roadmap and business challenges to position the company’s IT solutions and consulting services effectively.
