Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts—drive onboarding, adoption, and day-to-day relationship management to ensure long-term retention.
  • Develop and execute account plans that increase customer lifetime value through renewals, upsells, and cross-sell initiatives aligned to client needs.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and amendments, manage pricing discussions, and close commercial agreements to meet revenue targets.
  • Proactively monitor account health using CRM analytics and usage metrics; identify churn signals and implement mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery with product, implementation, and support teams to meet SLAs and ensure high-quality customer outcomes.
  • Prepare and present business reviews, performance reports, and ROI-driven recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
