Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage and grow Domestic IT client accounts

✔ Lead, mentor & guide recruitment teams

✔ Oversee end-to-end hiring delivery

✔ Handle Full-time & Contract IT hiring

✔ Work on niche & technical roles

✔ Track performance, KPIs & ensure SLAs

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of overall recruitment experience

Minimum 2+ years in Domestic IT Account Management

Strong exposure to IT & Technical hiring

Proven experience in client & team handling

Excellent communication, leadership & analytical skills

Ability to independently manage multiple IT clients & hiring pipelines
