About the role:

The role of an Experienced Account Manager in the Nutanix Business Unit (BU) is a critical and multifaceted position. This person will be responsible for driving forward the Nutanix business in Turkey. Please see the required qualities and technical qualificationes needed below:

Account Management:

  • Manage key accounts, categorized by complexity and partner size.
  • Deliver solution and service offerings, including TaaS, to key customers.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Drive sales from the vendor portfolio.
  • Identify and onboard new vendors.
  • Lead business development for optimized results.

Vendor and Project Management:

  • Drive sales for specific vendors/projects, especially when specific knowledge is needed.
  • Build positive relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Negotiation and Tendering:

  • Support sales teams to win and expand market share.
  • Provide expertise on Nutanix products and services by also being an execellent negotiater.

Customer Loyalty and Profitability:

  • Boost customer loyalty and profitability.
  • Collaborate with partners and vendors for mutual success.

Technical Expertise:

  • Demonstrate strong technical specifications knowledge for Nutanix product sales in Enterprises or with HP or Dell (Must have)
  • Possess advanced virtualization and/or enterprise application expertise.
  • Hyper infostructure knowledge.

Communication and Presentation:

  • Articulate Nutanix value, features, and positioning. Understanding how to sell and position the values in the market
  • Deliver compelling stories using various communication tools.
  • Excellent presentation skills

Collaboration and Planning:

  • Collaborate on account plans and customer coverage models with technical counterparts.
  • Assist in proposal creation and recommend/design Nutanix-based solutions.

Technical Orientation and Industry Knowledge:

  • Maintain a technically oriented mindset with Data Center technology understanding and have the ability to transmit this.
  • Understand the IT industry, especially Software Products and Technology Portfolios.
  • Be aware and up to date with channel dynamics, vendors, and competition.

Soft Skills:

  • Embrace a customer-focused mindset.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking.
  • Display a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Language Requirement:

  • Proficient in business-level English and C2 or higher level Turkish.

This role demands a fusion of technical prowess, sales proficiency, and effective communication, emphasizing relationship-building with customers and vendors. The successful candidate is expected to significantly contribute to the growth and success of the Nutanix BU.
