* Managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong long-term relationships
* Translating customer needs into effective sales strategies and tailored proposals
* Handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication across teams
* Preparing quotes, processing sales orders, and delivering accurate forecasting
* Identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities to maximise account value
* Staying across market trends, competitor activity, and product updates
* Collaborating with State and National Sales Managers on strategy and execution
* Delivering regular reporting on performance, retention, and pipeline metrics
Qualifications:
* Proven success in account management and B2B sales, with a track record of growing revenue
* Strong knowledge of technical products, especially cabling, IT systems, and infrastructure
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills confident handling escalations
* Proficiency with Google Suite is essential; JIM2 and Salesforce experience is a bonus
* A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and customer touchpoints
