  • Managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong long-term relationships
  • Translating customer needs into effective sales strategies and tailored proposals
  • Handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication across teams
  • Preparing quotes, processing sales orders, and delivering accurate forecasting
  • Identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities to maximise account value
  • Staying across market trends, competitor activity, and product updates
  • Collaborating with State and National Sales Managers on strategy and execution
  • Delivering regular reporting on performance, retention, and pipeline metrics

  • Proven success in account management and B2B sales, with a track record of growing revenue
  • Strong knowledge of technical products, especially cabling, IT systems, and infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills – confident handling escalations
  • Proficiency with Google Suite is essential; JIM2 and Salesforce experience is a bonus
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and customer touchpoints
