Job Description
- Grow Lalamove Business from assigned corporate clients
- Understand assigned clients’ business to learn how Lalamove products and services can best help them operationally
- Manage and address issues and concerns accordingly in a timely manner
- Seek regular feedback from assigned clients and think of ways on how to improve the way we serve them
- Prepares weekly, and monthly or as needed, reports to track performance and movement of assigned accounts
