Job Description

  • Grow Lalamove Business from assigned corporate clients
  • Understand assigned clients’ business to learn how Lalamove products and services can best help them operationally
  • Manage and address issues and concerns accordingly in a timely manner
  • Seek regular feedback from assigned clients and think of ways on how to improve the way we serve them
  • Prepares weekly, and monthly or as needed, reports to track performance and movement of assigned accounts
