Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key client accounts across global markets to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Build strong client relationships and align offerings with their business goals.
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and present actionable insights.
