Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts across global markets to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Build strong client relationships and align offerings with their business goals.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and present actionable insights.
