Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Sales Manager, the Account Manager Poland is dedicated to specific Customer accounts and is responsible for directing and executing Sales plans to achieve Customer satisfaction and sales target. The Account Manager will be developing client relationship management strategies, establishing strong client relationships, and suggesting innovative solutions to exceed client needs.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all ID locations, all end user locations and direct OEMs in a defined geographic territory ensuring consistent revenue, growth and strategic alignment with overall business objectives
  • Manages the distributor channel by facilitating communication among distributor, referred OEM’s, end users, RRX Industry teams and Divisions.
  • Collaborates successfully in a team selling environment with Strategic Industry, Division Commercial teams and Inside Sales
