What you'll do:
- Manage and grow strategic client accounts across multiple sectors and regions
- Develop trusted client partnerships, anticipate needs, and provide consultative advice
- Lead business development efforts to secure new opportunities and cross‑sell solutions
- Collaborate closely with Delivery, Finance, and internal teams to deliver seamless service
- Manage complex recruitment lifecycles and client expectations
- Represent Spencer Ogden at industry events and promote our brand
What we’re looking for:
- Senior Consultant experience in recruitment, contract recruitment preferred
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with solid sales, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to navigate complex client structures and multiple stakeholders
