Job Description
The Account Manager is a hybrid leadership role responsible for end-to-end account delivery within a BPO / EOR environment. The role oversees client-dedicated team/s and workforce operations while serving as the primary owner of the client relationship. This position ensures consistent SLA performance, employee compliance, accurate billing, and high-quality service delivery through strong people leadership, operational governance, and structured client engagement. The Account Manager is the single point of accountability for team performance, client satisfaction, and contractual adherence.
