Job Description

**Responsibilities:**

+ Develop strong relationships with key customers.
+ Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow key accounts.
+ Drive client engagements to ensure IQVIA receive all RFPs from client organizations.
+ Generate new leads through networking and cold calling.
+ Responsible for leading client engagements, contracts, & more
+ Use data analysis to identify what worked, what could be improved and incorporate into your account planning.
+ Use CRM tools to track interactions, sales, and account history.
+ Ensure project deliverables are delivered on time and meet customer requirements.
+ Set up key performance indicators (KPIs) and track key account metrics.
+ Collaborate internally to achieve sustainable growth and development.

**Requirements:**

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of eight (8) years relevant sales or account management experience.
