Account Manager
NxGen Communications Pte Ltd is a provider of unified communications and contact centre solutions, both on-prem and cloud. The Account Manager is expected win new accounts and to service existing clients, building a successful long-term relationship and helping clients succeed in their business.
The role requires a good understanding of unified communications, contact center and CRM solutions. Knowledge of Avaya, Alcatel, Mitel, Cisco or Microsoft Teams (or equivalent) will be an advantage.
Key responsibilities:
• To meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Manage and grow individual sales pipeline.
• Develop new accounts while servicing existing clients.
• Participate and respond to all tenders and sales enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and propose the most effective solutions.
• Provide consultation and after-sales service to clients.

• ITE / Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
