Job Description

: Identifies, researches and contacts prospective customers to build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business. Delivers high quality customer service by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services.

Negotiates prices and delivery times within established limits of authority to close the sales process. 


Responsibilities: This role plays a vital role in developing profitable business with new and existing customers by supporting the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and / or exceeding sales targets. Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients. Works with the Sales Manager to establish short-term sales plans. Supports the Product Manager to monitor, evaluate and maintain internal business process aligned with organization’s long-term & short-term sales strategy.
