Qualifications

Must Have

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Must have minimum of 3 years of solid experience as an Account Manager, with a focus on IT projects and business-as-usual (BAU) system enhancements.(Non-negotiable)
• Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role, with proven success in managing client relationships and delivering IT solutions.(Non-negotiable)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.(Non-negotiable)
• Proven experience in Project Management.(Non-negotiable)
• Must have experience in various project delivery frameworks (Waterfall and Agile).(Non-negotiable)
