Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new business and manage existing accounts to foster growth and develop new programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales and service, managing the customer journey from order to delivery, including complaint resolution and RMA returns.
- Translate customer needs into solutions, resolve technical issues, and differentiate from competitors.
- Ensure a superior customer experience through all interactions and communications.
- Own the maintenance and accuracy of the Salesforce database, including contact details, project statuses, and sales forecasts.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve systems, processes, and overall operational efficiency.
- Actively seek ways to enhance the effectiveness of existing work procedures and tools.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or it's equivalent, with relevant sales and application expertise.
