We are a multinational printing ink production company in the packaging industry located in Tuzla. We are looking for  an “Account Manager Technology BU FP’

Qualifications

• University degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.


• Minimum 5 years’ of experience in flexible packaging, preferably on solvent based printing and/or converting technologies.


• Knowledge and experience at colorimetric, IFS system.


• Good communicator, team player, dynamic, goal oriented, highly flexible and hardworking.

• Creative and innovative; analytical thinking and acting.

• Ability to come up to speed quickly on new techniques/processes to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


• Ability to communicate and work with cross functional teams and all levels in the organization.


• SAP knowledge is preferred.


• Very good level in both written and verbal English.


• Driving license and no obstacle for travel domestic and abroad.

Tasks And Responsibilities

• Reports to Team Manager Technology.


• Conducting tests and analysis of physical / chemical properties of the inks and coatings using various instrumentation and methods at lab.


• Working on recipe modifications according to customers’ needs, define production data and QC specifications as well as creating SAP data.


• Visiting customers regularly, participating in print trials and reporting.


• Working on customer complaints and root cause analysis in a structured way.


• Assisting customers with documentation and information requests on time.


• Participating in R&D projects, including the preparation and presentation of related materials.


• Maintaining direct communication with customers on technical topics and ensuring proper internal reporting.
