Job Description
We are looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships within the telecommunications industry. This role will be the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring successful service implementation, SLA compliance, and long-term customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Manage relationships with B2B telecom clients (carriers, ISPs, telecom service providers).
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (Implementation, Engineering, Support).
- Oversee client onboarding and follow up on service implementation projects.
- Ensure SLA and KPI compliance throughout the service lifecycle.
- Lead regular client meetings and status reviews.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Support contract renewals and post-sales activities.
- Maintain accurate account information in CRM systems.
