Job Title: 2x Account Manager (Bilingual – Montreal / Unilingual – Ontario)
Location: Oshawa, ON – Fully Onsite

Salary & Benefits:
$70,000–$100,000 base, based on experience
After 2 years, transition to commission-only structure (average rep earns six figures)
RRSP matching up to 4% yearly
Benefits after 3 months (medical, dental, vision)
2 weeks vacation (potentially 3 weeks for top performers)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview:
We are seeking two highly motivated Account Managers to join our sales team. This role is primarily inside sales (90%) with some outside sales (10%) requiring client visits and occasional overnight travel (expenses covered). The position offers an excellent opportunity for growth with a competitive base salary and commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and maintain relationships with business owners, engineers, purchasing agents, and other key stakeholders
Develop and grow new accounts while maintaining existing client relationships
Cold call prospects and follow up on sales opportunities
Provide accurate quotes including freight and pricing
Meet or exceed revenue goals and sales objectives
Exhibit strong project management and organizational skills
Communicate effectively by phone, email, and in person

Qualifications & Experience:
5–10 years of inside/outside sales experience in Metals, Steel, Construction, or Building Supplies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of sales success with stability in previous roles
Strong math skills and comfort calculating quotes on the spot
Highly motivated and driven; comfortable transitioning to a commission-based structure
Fluency in French and English required for the bilingual role
