What You’ll Do:

· Account Management: Be the go-to person for managing and servicing our existing accounts, working closely with the VP of Sales.

· Customer Service Excellence: Deliver top-notch customer service that not only meets but exceeds expectations for both our internal team and customers.

· Order Management: Keep our customers in the loop by developing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets to manage their orders and provide timely updates.

· Claims and Returns: Handle customer claims and returns with efficiency and care.

· Quotations: Craft and send compelling quotations to customers (we’ll provide the pricing details).

· Customer Inquiries: Be the friendly and knowledgeable voice our customers can rely on for updates about shipment status, documentation, and more.

What We’re Looking For:

· Associates degree or higher is a plus, but your passion and enthusiasm are what truly count!

· Metals experience and knowledge is highly preferred.

· Proficiency in Windows-based PCs and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).

· Experience with Nav Dynamics is a bonus.

· A multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
