Job Description

This position is primarily responsible for achieving loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality, and good customer service.

Qualifications

    Graduate of any 4 year degree course
  • Possesses good selling, communication and customer service skills.
  • Must have basic mathematical knowledge.
  • High integrity.
  • Familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets.
  • Fieldwork and sales experience in Microfinance is an advantage.
  • Can drive a motorcycle.
