Responsibilities:

  • Payment processing
  • Recording of all payment vouchers
  • Updating of cash book
  • Monthly bank reconciliation statement
  • Analysis of bank statement. 
  • Processing and remittances of state & federal tax
  • Keeping of files and documentation
  • Posting of ledgers
  • Other jobs that may be assigned by the manager.


Requirements:

  • Ability to work under pressure 
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision 
  • Must be computer literate with strong knowledge of Excel 
  • Must be self-motivated and self-driven 
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Must have a good command of English 
  • 1-2 years of experience
