Responsibilities:
- Payment processing
- Recording of all payment vouchers
- Updating of cash book
- Monthly bank reconciliation statement
- Analysis of bank statement.
- Processing and remittances of state & federal tax
- Keeping of files and documentation
- Posting of ledgers
- Other jobs that may be assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Must be computer literate with strong knowledge of Excel
- Must be self-motivated and self-driven
- Strong numerical skills
- Must have a good command of English
- 1-2 years of experience
