Account Operations Manager

Overview

The Regional Section Manager of Account Operations is responsible for the work of Account Operations Managers and Account Operations Representatives who report to the Group Managers. This role drives key business processes that promote an effortless Customer Experience mindset and collaborates with Sales Leadership, Senior Management, Executives, and other NI team members to contribute to the overall strategy and provide clear direction and support. The senior manager is results-oriented, highly motivated, and demonstrates leadership that leads to optimal team performance using a history of successfully managing and leading operations.
