Account & Operations Officer

We are looking for an experienced Account & Operations Officer to join our team at RS Techwin Sdn Bhd. Based in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our financial and operational processes.

What you'll be doing

Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations

Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and cash flow statements

Issue invoices, monitor collections, follow up on outstanding payments and handle staff claims

Maintain accurate accounting records and proper filing of financial documents

Manage audit, tax submissions, SST, and statutory compliance matters, liaising with relevant parties as required.

Track project costs, operational expenses, and budget utilisation

Support daily operations through coordination, reporting, and documentation
