The Role
As the Account Partner for Veeva R&D and Quality you will be part of the team representing the Veeva Development Cloud and Quality Cloud Solutions (Clinical, Regulatory, Safety, and Quality) for selected Pharma and Biotech companies in the DACH region.
Your responsibilities include nurturing and expanding relationships within the accounts, winning new business, overseeing renewals, and consistently offering innovative solutions.
What You'll Do
Manage and extend relationships with key stakeholders across the Business, IT, and C-levelManage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriateHold accountability for developing and implementing account vision, strategy, and ways of workingContribute to team sales goalsMeet/Exceed pipeline generation and revenue targetsWork both independently and cohesively in a team environmentKeep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challengesAct with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customerRequirements
5+ years combined experience across sales, account management, and consulting in SaaS, Software, or a related field2+ years of experience focused on account management serving Life SciencesProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotasExcellent account planning and execution skillsExcellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentations skillsAbility to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-levelMust be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervisionA passion for solving customer business problemsMust have a team-first mentalityBusiness-level fluency in German and EnglishNice to Have
5+ years of account management within the Life Science industryUnderstanding of R&D and Quality software solutions, particularly Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and SafetyPerks & Benefits
