The Role
As the Account Partner for Veeva LIMS you will be part of the team representing the Veeva Quality Cloud Solutions for selected large Biotech companies across Europe.
Help us bring an exciting, fast-evolving product to the European market. In this high-impact role, you’ll win new business within key accounts and act as a true strategic partner to our customers, focusing on their success.
What You'll Do
You will be a critical member of the Veeva Europe sales organization, and will help establish Veeva LIMS as the go-to LIMS solution for biotechsUnderstand Veeva LIMS and work with internal colleagues to build a sales strategyCreate and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the Business, IT, and C-levelManage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriateContribute to team sales goalsMeet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targetsWork both independently and cohesively in a team environmentKeep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challengesAct with urgency, integrity, and a focus on customer successRequirements
5+ years experience selling software to the Life Sciences industry2+ years experience selling complementary solutions or competitive solutions into Quality across biopharma sponsorsProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotasExcellent account planning and execution skillsExcellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skillsAbility to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-levelMust be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervisionA passion for solving customer business problemsMust have a team-first mentalityBusiness-level fluency in English requiredNice to Have
Additional business-level fluency in other European languages such as German, French and/or ItalianUnderstanding of R&D and Quality software solutions, particularly Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and SafetyPerks & Benefits
