The Role
We are looking for a skilled Account Partner to drive sales and customer success for Veeva LIMS to emerging and established biotechnology companies. This exciting, high-impact opportunity requires both experience selling QC-focused technology and an entrepreneurial mindset around bringing a new application to market within an established industry leader. To be successful in this role, proactivity, strategic thinking, adaptability and working effectively within a growing team are critical. You also must exhibit a collaborative, team-first work style and growth mindset.
What You'll Do
You will be a foundational member of the Veeva LIMS sales organization and help establish the product as the go-to LIMS solution for biotechsAchieve team quarterly and annual sales goalsUnderstand and execute the sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriateUnderstand Veeva LIMS and work with internal colleagues to build a sales strategyAct with urgency, integrity, and a relentless focus on customer successRequirements
3+ years of experience selling LIMS across biopharma sponsorsProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotasEntrepreneurial instincts. Ability to understand strategy and connect it to operationsDemonstrated success in a consultative sales role to C-Level executivesAbility to articulate business cases and value propositions to C-Level executivesHave a creative mindset to make things happenMust have a team-first mentalityNice to Have
