The Role


The Veeva MedTech Team is looking for an experienced Account Partner to drive sales for Veeva’s Quality Cloud offerings within Global & Enterprise customers and prospects for Medical Devices & Diagnostics. As Account Partner, you will be responsible for aligning customer objectives with .
The successful candidate will do so by communicating across various customers, business functions related to Quality, and organizational levels (including C-level). Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work effectively within a growing team are critical.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute territory & account sales strategy for Veeva Quality Cloud offerings
  • Contribute to Team Quarterly and Annual Sales Goals
  • Meet and exceed your assigned revenue quota
  • Analyze & understand customer’s vision & business objective and relate them to Veeva’s solutions
  • Focus on lead & pipeline generation, manage sales process through contract negotiation/execution to delivery handoff
  • Work both independently and cohesively in a team environment
  • Report and maintain territory & account strategy incl. respective opportunity management
  • Requirements

  • 7+ years of work experience, 5+ years of sales or business development experience (preferably software sales, SaaS, professional services in the Quality domain, familiar with controlled documents, GxP, QMS processes & challenges for regulated industries) 
  • Experience managing & growing a territory with 3-5 Global customers & strategic prospects (prospecting & expansion, identification & qualification skills, managing various transactions, e.g. new business, expansion, renewal) 
  • Self-starter with organizational skills & team player attitude 
  • Good communication skills to quickly connect with new customers & prospects (maneuver easily between different hierarchical levels, e.g VP, Director, Manager Level, process owners)
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Language – English, plus one European language welcome
  • Located preferably in UK or Germany
  • Nice to Have

  • Detailed process knowledge on Quality operations (e.g. QMS processes, document management, validation) within the Medical Device & Diagnostics Industry
