The Role
The Account Partner, Site Solutions will drive Veeva’s growth across clinical research sites in Europe by building strong executive relationships, shaping strategic account plans, and delivering measurable value in partnership with customers. This role focuses on expanding adoption of Veeva’s Site Solutions portfolio, informing our strategy with regional insights, and positioning Veeva as a trusted partner in modernizing site operations.
Opportunities are available across Europe for this role as this is a remote position.
What You'll Do
Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across European accountsLead complex, multi-country sales cycles from qualification to closeDrive new customer acquisition and ensure seamless handoff to Services and Customer Success teamsBuild strong relationships with decision-makers at leading research sites and site networksServe as a strategic advisor to customers, understanding operational challenges and aligning Veeva solutions to drive measurable outcomesPartner with Strategy and Product teams to share market insights and influence product roadmap directionRepresent the needs, nuances, and feedback of European sites within internal planning and GTM discussionsCoordinate cross-functional teams to support account strategies, proposal development, and deal executionRequirements
8+ years of enterprise or complex sales experience within clinical research, life sciences technology, or healthcare SaaSDirect experience working with clinical research sites or selling technology/services directly to sitesStrong knowledge of the European clinical research market and key regional differencesProven ability to meet or exceed sales targets across complex, multi-stakeholder dealsDemonstrated success in consultative, value-based selling to executive-level stakeholdersExperience leading cross-functional teams throughout the sales cycleNice to Have
