Job Description
The Account Manager / Project Manager will play a key role in overseeing projects and maintaining client relationships. Using the **Atlassian suite** (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence), you’ll ensure seamless project tracking, support management, and knowledge sharing. **All client communication will be conducted in English**, making fluency in written and spoken English essential. Additionally, you’ll use tools like **Slack** and **Google Meet** to facilitate strong client interactions.
