We are in search of an Account Receivable (A/R) Specialist. The position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. Salary will be further discussed during our quick call.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) PST timezone

Responsibilities

  • Monitor tenants with outstanding balances and follow up via phone call, text, or email
  • Respond to tenant inquiries regarding any concerns with rent payments, Tenant Portal, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Leasing team to facilitate move-ins for new tenants via AppFolio
  • Rent collection and monitoring
  • Reporting delinquencies to Rental Property Owners
  • Send rent reminders to tenants
  • Send Rent Due Notices to tenants and conduct follow-ups
  • Facilitate move-ins for new tenants via AppFolio
