Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Relations Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers . This role is responsible for account health monitoring, customer retention, renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities , ensuring clients maximize their fleet/technology solution services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for existing customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention
- Handle customer change requests , including:
- Adding vehicles
- Adding cameras
- Account suspensions
- Report requests and account adjustments
- Conduct quarterly check‑ins and customer performance reviews
- Monitor customer accounts for health and usage:
- Device health
- Rules compliance
