Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Relations Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers . This role is responsible for account health monitoring, customer retention, renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities , ensuring clients maximize their fleet/technology solution services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for existing customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention
  • Handle customer change requests , including:
  • Adding vehicles
  • Adding cameras
  • Account suspensions
  • Report requests and account adjustments
  • Conduct quarterly check‑ins and customer performance reviews
  • Monitor customer accounts for health and usage:
  • Device health
