Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs required by the agent. Competencies Expected for This Role Enthusiastic and motivated to assist customers with insurance and financial services to help them manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. As an Agent Team Member, you will receive Hourly pay plus commission/bonus Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) Additional Desired Abilities/Competencies Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Organizational skills Self-motivated Proactive in problem solving Ethical and Honest Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows Must have applicable license or must obtain applicable licensing requirements.
