Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to vendor payment inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • De-escalate upset vendors and manage sensitive conversations professionally
  • Negotiate payment terms and make recommendations to leadership
  • Investigate and resolve vendor disputes, coordinating with Finance and Operations
  • Track issues, payment statuses, and trends to improve processes
  • Recommend payables prioritization and support payment decision-making

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in vendor relations, escalation management, account servicing, or financial operations
