Key Responsibilities
- Respond to vendor payment inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system
- De-escalate upset vendors and manage sensitive conversations professionally
- Negotiate payment terms and make recommendations to leadership
- Investigate and resolve vendor disputes, coordinating with Finance and Operations
- Track issues, payment statuses, and trends to improve processes
- Recommend payables prioritization and support payment decision-making
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in vendor relations, escalation management, account servicing, or financial operations
