**A Day in the Life**:
The Account Services Representative is responsible for multiple back-office activities related to titles, citations, customer letters and other post-sales actions that could be initiated by customers. With a 48-hour work week, the representative is expected to take on an assigned workflow and complete it with the highest quality.
**List of responsibilities**:
- Complete daily activities without carry over.
- Maintain effective communication with your team and senior lead to receive improvement opportunities to work on.
- Detect and propose improvements to processes and systems in use.
- Maintain assigned quality and productivity indicators.
- Be willing to seek new opportunities for personal development and adapt to changes that may arise due to the department's needs.
