About the Role
In this opportunity as an Account Specialist, you will have the following resposibilities: Renewal Management: Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with customer value realization. Commercial Execution: Prepare quotes, contracts, and documentation; manage inbound commercial inquiries; identify and execute low-complexity upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Customer Engagement: Act as a primary contact for commercial and support-related inquiries; confirm renewal intent and clarify terms with customers. Data Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities; maintain accurate CRM records and renewal forecasts. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth processing of commercial transactions and strategic alignment.
