As an Account Supervisor, the role is responsible for driving revenue growth through strong client relationship management, business development, and leadership of cross-functional creative teams across ATL, BTL, and digital marketing initiatives. The position oversees both B2B and B2C accounts, ensuring the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of effective, results‑driven campaigns while maintaining high standards in project management, team collaboration, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Account & Brand Leadership: Manage day‑to‑day client coordination and brand handling by maintaining strong client relationships and translating business objectives into effective advertising and communication solutions.
- Strategic Advertising Campaign Delivery: Execute integrated ATL, BTL, and digital advertising campaigns to ensure alignment with brand strategies, timelines, budgets, and performance objectives.
