Job Description:

We are looking for an Accountant and Admin Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-set accounting works across the region and local office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance: Lead accounting works across the region (Singapore, Malaysia and others), including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Asset (FA), Consolidation, etc.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and confidential documents.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general office administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Immigration & Employment Affairs: Manage applications and documentation for Employment Pass (EP), Visa, and Permanent Residency (PR) for employees.
