Job Description

  • Financial Record Keeping: Managing daily financial transactions, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly and annual financial statements, asset registers, and depreciation schedules.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Preparing and lodging BAS, PAYG, and supporting annual tax obligations and statutory reporting.
  • Payroll & Superannuation: Processing payroll, super contributions, and employee leave management.
  • Audit Support: Coordinating annual audits and preparing statutory financial statements.
  • Data Analysis & Advisory: Analyzing trends, monitoring cash flow, and advising management on financial performance and process improvements.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
