Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for preparing and assisting in payroll support, general administrative duties and daily operations.
  2. To prepare accurate and timely management report.
  3. Timely submission of general tax, monthly Goods and SST and other statutory compliances.
  4. Supervise accounting staffs for general accounting functions.
  5. Checking and verification of invoices to ensure accuracy in data entries.
  6. Assist in developing and reviewing internal operating policies and procedures, inventory and costs control periodically.
  7. Responsible for the preparation of budget and financial forecast.
  8. Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
  9. Perform operational and financial analysis reports.
  10. Review and advise management on key performance indicators.
