Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing and assisting in payroll support, general administrative duties and daily operations.
- To prepare accurate and timely management report.
- Timely submission of general tax, monthly Goods and SST and other statutory compliances.
- Supervise accounting staffs for general accounting functions.
- Checking and verification of invoices to ensure accuracy in data entries.
- Assist in developing and reviewing internal operating policies and procedures, inventory and costs control periodically.
- Responsible for the preparation of budget and financial forecast.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Perform operational and financial analysis reports.
- Review and advise management on key performance indicators.
