Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage financial operations of construction projects, maintain accurate books of accounts, track project-wise expenses, and ensure statutory compliance. The role requires coordination with site engineers, vendors, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries related to construction projects
  • Handle cash, bank, and journal entries
  • Maintain ledgers, trial balance, and final accounts
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports for management

Project & Site Accounting

  • Maintain project-wise costing and expense tracking
  • Record material purchases, labour payments, subcontractor bills
  • Monitor site expenses and compare with budgets
  • Coordinate with site engineers for measurement books (MB) and bills
