We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented accountant to support financial operations across all three subsidiaries of InsideJob — the U.S., India, and Mexico. This position will be based in India and report directly to business heads across regions. The accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating with local tax advisors for filings, and supporting day-to-day transactions such as invoicing, payables, and receivables.
While formal certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is not required for this role, familiarity with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Excel) and prior experience in cross-border or multi-entity bookkeeping is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
General Bookkeeping:
Maintain and reconcile books for all three subsidiaries using appropriate regional tools (e.g., Tally for India, QuickBooks/Xero for U.S. & Mexico)
Prepare monthly financial statements and internal reporting
