- Overview of bank reconciliation (must)
- Key reconciliation tools (QB) and best practices.
- Experience in accounting monthly close
- Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable reconciliations.
- Invoicing experience.
- High School degree (Indispensable)
- Advance English level (Indispensable)
- Accounting (Indispensable)
- Commercial insurance knowledge (plus)
- Microsoft Excel (upper intermedium)
- Minimum 2 years previous back-office, administrative position experience.
Responsibilities:
- Creating billing reports summary
- Using macro-enabled files to merge billing reports
- Invoicing steps and key documentation
- Checking of program rate/flow of funds/policy
- Use of property list (Zoho) in Salesforce to match the property list tab in the billing summary and its importance
