Key Responsiblities

 Invoice Management –

- Contractor payment Runs (every Tuesday & Thursday)

- Oversee the new creditor process

- Liaising with Strata managers/ Committees for Invoices approval

- Review of Weekly Payment Runs

- Miscellaneous invoices to Lot Owners

- Re-imbursements to Lot Owners

- Managing Sydney Water Account and Energy bills with Strata Energy Strata Accounting

– Financial Year Ends

- Pre-Audits before end of Financial Year

- Review of financials

- Year End Adjustments - Liaising with Finance Manager/ strata Managers/ Auditors

- Corresponding with Auditor regarding all Financial year ends

- Non -Audits finalisation

- Preparation of Financial year end checklist checklist

- Levy Reconciliation

- Management Fee Reconciliation by last week of Month

- Updating AGM's Outstanding

- Check for Audits/ Non-Audits and listing to I...
