PURPOSE OF JOB


The role holder will be required to administer a client portfolio, under the supervision of a Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager or given Line Manager. They should be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the client’s portfolio, including risk awareness, communication skills with the team, management of statutory obligations / deadlines and good sense of organisation.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  1. Assisting clients in implementation and administration of Luxembourg holding companies, financing and intellectual property companies, real estate companies, private equity to clients’ requests.
  2. Keeping company books and preparing periodic reports.
