Our DH Payments team that delivers #FinTech solutions, is currently looking for an Accountant to join us and take over this new challenge. Our ideal candidate will combine advanced analytical skills with strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of accounting principles. This position reports directly to the Head of Finance.

What you‘ll do:

  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
  • Prepare account reconciliations (fixed assets, banks’ balances & cash, accruals, payables, revenue, expenses & inter-company transactions)
  • Reconcile customer and supplier balances
  • Collect, analyze and summarize account information
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Analyse financial records and reports to ensure they are in accordance with local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles for statutory purposes
  • Communicate frequently with stakeholders abroad.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Processing treasury payments

    • What you‘ll need:

  • BA in Accounting or similar field
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting is a must - Big 4 experience will be considered an asset
  • SAP experience will be a plus
  • Computer literacy with Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Good sense of responsibility and commitment to confidentiality
  • Highest levels of integrity
